Jacqueline Laforet Window Cleaning, operated through the Student Works Management Program, is a locally operated exterior home services business serving the North York area. We provide residential window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and exterior maintenance services.

We are currently hiring team members for full-time summer positions. This role is well-suited for students or individuals seeking seasonal employment and hands-on work experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related exterior services
• Work as part of a team at residential job sites
• Travel to various locations within North York and the GTA
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner
• Follow company procedures and maintain a safe work environment

Compensation

• $17.20 per hour (Ontario minimum wage)
• Additional performance-based bonuses may be available based on productivity

Hours & Schedule

• Full-time seasonal position (May–August)
• 35–45 hours per week
• Work is primarily scheduled during daytime hours, with some variability based on weather

Requirements

• Ability to work full-time during the summer season
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labour, including ladder use with proper safety equipment
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is considered an asset
• Strong communication skills and reliability

Training & Safety

• No prior experience required
• Training is provided for all tasks and equipment
• Work is completed in accordance with safety standards and procedures
