We’re looking for detail-oriented and reliable Cleaners to help keep our facilities sparkling all season long.
Job Description:
As a Cleaner at The Grande Lagoon, you will play a vital role in ensuring our washrooms, showers, office areas, and public spaces are clean, sanitized, and presentable at all times. You’ll work independently or as part of a small team to maintain high standards of cleanliness across the marina grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize washrooms, showers, and laundry areas regularly
- Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
- Sweep and mop floors, empty garbage bins, wipe down surfaces
- Clean outdoor furniture, walkways, and common areas
- Monitor cleanliness standards throughout the day and report any issues
- Support the marina team with light facility cleaning tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
