About Us

We are a small, locally-owned cleaning business looking to hire multiple experienced cleaners to join our growing team.

Pay & Benefits

• Wage: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Perks: Paid driving time between jobs, mileage reimbursement, and all cleaning supplies provided.
• Hours: This role begins as part-time during the training phase. Weekly hours are based on performance and reliability—cleaners who consistently deliver high-quality work are prioritized for full schedules.

Scheduling

We service clients Sunday through Saturday, including daytime shifts and some weekday evenings. We are closed on statutory holidays. Shift lengths vary daily based on client bookings. We require flexible availability to allow for cross-training and short-notice shift coverage.

What We’re Looking For

• Location: Must live in Morinville, AB or the immediate surrounding area (Sturgeon County / St. Albert).
• Experience: Professional cleaning experience is mandatory. We are looking for cleaners with industry experience who already know how to efficiently deep-clean kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial spaces. We provide thorough training on our specific high-quality standards, but you must bring the foundational skills.
• Transport: A valid driver's license and daily access to a reliable vehicle are mandatory.
