Cleaner – Job Description

• Provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services.
  
  
• Clean and maintain assigned areas according to company quality standards.
  
  
• Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and general cleaning.
  
  
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces.

• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces and frequently used areas.
  
  
• Follow client instructions, cleaning procedures, and safety guidelines.
  
  
• Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and appropriately.
  
  
• Maintain excellent attention to detail and consistent cleaning quality.
  
  
• Identify and report damages, maintenance concerns, or other issues at client locations.
  
  
• Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members.
  
  
• Complete assigned services within the expected timeframe.
  
  
• Confirm completion of assignments as required.
  
  
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while representing the company.
  
  

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or related experience is preferred.
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail.
  
  
• Good communication and customer service skills.
  
  
• Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures.
  
  
• Comfortable working independently and managing assigned responsibilities.
