Cleaner & General Housekeeping

Position Overview:

As a Cleaner & General Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and well-organized office environment. This includes caring for kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, workspaces, and ensuring all areas are properly stocked with necessary supplies. You will work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and contribute to a positive and productive workplace.

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with health and dental benefits.

Work Location:

This is an in-office role based at our London, ON office.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Sanitation

• Deep clean and maintain all flooring surfaces, bathrooms, and kitchen areas
• Clean windows, mirrors, internal glass panes, and fixtures
• Dust air registers, ductwork, vents, and other surfaces
• Clean appliances including microwaves, coffee machines, and dishwashers
• Sanitize shared workstations, meeting rooms, and all high-touch surfaces

Housekeeping & Inventory Management

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all common areas
• Monitor and restock kitchen, bathroom, and office supplies as needed
• Organize and clean refrigerators and storage areas
• Stock and maintain snack areas, beverage fridges, and kitchen items
• Manage waste, recycling, and garbage collection
• Keep a running inventory and communicate restocking needs to the Office Manager
• Order snacks, beverages and cleaning supplies

General Support

• Change light bulbs throughout the office and in appliances as required
• Support office upkeep needs as they arise
• Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives across ASICS Apps teams

Experience:

• Relevant cleaning, facilities, or housekeeping experience

The successful candidate for this role will become an employee of Race Roster North America Corporation (doing business as ASICS Apps Canada), a subsidiary of ASICS Corporation, a Japanese multinational corporation. Race Roster was founded in London, Ontario in 2011.
