Part-Time Cleaner (Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday from 6pm-10pm)

*The hours for this position are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays from 6pm-10pm. The successful candidate must be available to work this schedule* Responsibilities:  Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our Resident Members Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups Interior and exterior garbage pick-up Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required Ensure proper and accurate inventory management Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required Experience and Educational Requirements: 2 years cleaning experience required Technical Requirements: Working knowledge of English both verbal and written Familiarity with technology is an asset Non-Technical Requirements: Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting  Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service Excellent time-management skills Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm  Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license Own reliable vehicle
