Part-Time Cleaner (Langford, BC)

We are currently seeking a Cleaner to work at one of our apartment buildings. This position is part-time and would require you to work 20-24 hours per week. Key Responsibilities of Building Cleaner:• General cleaning of the common areas of the building (Lobbies, elevator, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming & mopping• Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies• Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops (Varies by property) and picking up loose garbage/debris around the property• Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager • Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends• Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction• Perform other duties as assigned What we offer to employees:• $23/hour • Realstar is committed to providing a work-smart environment that supports learning, encourages teamwork and empowers individuals.
