We are looking for one highly experienced, dependable commercial cleaner for a long-term, once-weekly position at a client's established office facility in Concord, Ontario.

This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional seeking consistent weekend cleaning work, flexible scheduling, and a manageable 2-hour assignment. All cleaning equipment and supplies are provided.
A minimum of 15 years of professional commercial cleaning experience is mandatory.

Schedule and Compensation:
  • Location: Concord, Ontario.
  • Frequency: Once weekly, Saturday or Sunday.
  • Flexible hours: Anytime between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • Cleaning time: Approximately 2 hours per visit.
  • Compensation: $200 per month (flat rate).
  • Commitment: Long-term, part-time position.

Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
  • At least 15 years of professional commercial cleaning experience.
  • Live within approximately 20 minutes of Concord.
  • Have a reliable vehicle and dependable transportation.
  • Provide two verifiable professional references.
  • Provide a brief employment/work history.
  • Be dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Be prepared to provide police/background clearance if required.
  • Be committed to a consistent, long-term cleaning position.

Individual cleaners only. No cleaning companies, teams, or subcontractors.

Cleaning Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize washrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters, and fixtures.
  • Vacuum carpeted offices, hallways, staircase, and common areas.
  • Sweep and mop hard-surface floors.
  • Empty garbage and recycling containers, replacing liners as needed.
  • Dust and wipe desks, furniture, cabinets, shelves, and accessible surfaces.
  • Clean glass entrance doors, interior glass, and high-touch surfaces.
  • Clean windowsills, ledges, baseboards, corners, and edges.
  • Remove cobwebs, dust, and visible buildup.
  • Complete all regular cleaning duties necessary to maintain a consistently clean, professional office environment.

Facility Details:
The office is primarily carpeted, requiring considerably more carpet vacuuming than floor mopping.

Equipment and Supplies:
All cleaning equipment, products, and supplies are provided. No personal cleaning products or equipment are required.
