Janitor / Facilities Support – Entry Position

Truly Green Farms is seeking a motivated and energetic individual with a positive attitude to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, washrooms, break rooms, and greenhouse spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces regularly.
• Dispose of trash and recycling according to company procedures.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; report any maintenance issues.
• Follow all company protocols, safety standards, and SOPs.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to keep the facility safe, clean, and organized.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Positive, enthusiastic, and dependable
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs., and repetitive movements
• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures (training provided)
• Willing to learn and grow in a team environment
• Comfortable working indoors and in greenhouse/industrial conditions
• Team player with a strong work ethic
