We are seeking a reliable and caring Cook/Janitor to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing nutritious meals and snacks for children and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming daycare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen, classrooms, washrooms, and common areas.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and report maintenance concerns.
• Support a positive and safe environment for children and staff.

Qualifications:

• Experience in food preparation and/or custodial work is an asset.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check required.
