We’re seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team at RAAF Base Glenbrook, supporting the Australian Defence Force through our ESS (Defence, Offshore & Remote) business. In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for Defence personnel living and working on base.
As part of the Compass Group, you’ll be joining a supportive team that values safety, respect, and excellence in everything we do.
Your responsibilities will include:
General cleaning duties across accommodation, offices, and common areas
Maintaining cleaning equipment and storage spaces
Following safety, hygiene and site-specific procedures
Providing high-quality service with strong attention to detail
Working effectively within a team to meet daily cleaning schedules
What we’re looking for:
Previous cleaning, housekeeping or facilities experience (highly regarded)
A strong focus on safety, teamwork and reliability
Good communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this position
