Cleaner (Vancouver)

We are currently looking for a Cleaner for a residential property based in Vancouver (26 floors), located in the Everett Crowley Park area. This will be a full-time position. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the building's common areas and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning of residential and commercial properties

• Replenishing supplies such as soaps, paper towels, and toilet paper

• Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors, and vacuuming

• Cleaning spills, broken glass, and other messes as quickly as possible

• Coordinating duties with other cleaners

• Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning, such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary

• Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Cleaning experience is an asset

• Reliable and a good communicator

• Excellent time management skills

• Effective verbal and written communication in English

• Must be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

• Working hours: 8 am – 4 pm

• Monday to Friday
