Join Our Team as a Cleaner!

We are currently looking for part-time cleaner for a 7-floor residential building (66 units) located near Deep Cove, North Vancouver area. The cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the building’s common areas and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and exterior grounds.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Cleaning residential and common areas of the property
• Replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Performing cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors, and vacuuming
• Cleaning spills, broken glass, and other messes promptly and safely
• Coordinating duties with other cleaning staff
• Ensuring bathrooms and sanitation areas are properly maintained
• Ordering cleaning supplies as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is an asset
• Reliable and a good communicator
• Strong time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Schedule
Monday / Wednesday / Friday
2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Start Date: June 2026
Pay: $1,400
Work Location: North Vancouver, Deep Cove
